Fresh, local ingredients are used in all of our meals. We make daily trips to the market in Panajachel and we grow a lot of our own fruits, vegetables, and herbs on the property \u2013 including 1,000 pounds of organic shade-grown coffee annually.<\/p>\n
We offer a selection of delicious menu items prepared by our chef which can be delivered to your bungalow or our dining room. Breakfast is $7 and snacks are $7-$15.<\/p>\n
