Fresh & Local
Fresh, local ingredients are used in all of our meals. We make daily trips to the market in Panajachel and we grow a lot of our own fruits, vegetables, and herbs on the property – including 1,000 pounds of organic shade-grown coffee annually.
We offer a selection of delicious menu items prepared by our chef which can be delivered to your bungalow or our dining room. Breakfast is $7 and snacks are $7-$15.
Restaurant & Bar
Our 3-course dinner is offered nightly from 5:15pm – 7:15pm for $20USD.
Let us know before arrival if you’ll be joining us and if you have any special dietary restrictions, so we can make sure to accommodate you.
Hotel guests also have access to our full bar, specializing in a selection of exotic rums and mezcals. We also have a specialty cocktail menu, at $6USD each and an extensive wine cellar, with bottles starting at $15USD.
Happy hour is from 4pm – 6pm daily.
